Personality:
Debt: Though her parents' debt was repaid, though she managed to escape her imprisonment the first time around, how she managed so was not forgotten. Upon her stumbling back into the spirit world at a different entrance point, her presence was immediately known. Her memories resurfaced, she remembered everything from before, and she went looking for information on Haku's whereabouts, on the state of things... And she broke a couple of rules in the process. She also knows Yubaba's real name.
Suitability: Chihiro has done this before, by choice, to save her parents. She was relentless in her pursuit of a job to pay a debt that didn't actually belong to her, and returning to the spirit world to work will both cause her memories to resurface and allow her to continue to grow, to become better, to learn. She has no qualms with working in the bathhouse again, or any other type of work she may be assigned, to pay her debt.

Inventory: A shirt, shoes, socks, and pants. She doesn't carry much.

Chihiro is, quite frankly, kind of annoying. She's a typical ten year old in a lot of ways. Petulant, entitled, somewhat whiny... But she has a good, strong, pure heart beating in that often very irritating chest.
